Purley Tyre Care Specialists, part of the Merityre

This site has a history in the motor industry, previously trading as Purley Garage. The building was erected in 1937, and was occupied by Charlie Edwards, and then by his son John Edwards right up to January 2006. The business has a rich local history, which involved making parts for Spitfires during the Second World War.
