Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Online Customer Service Coordinator and general office support professional to join our team. This dual-role position involves managing online customer service interactions, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be competent at multitasking, and possess a strong customer-centric mindset.


Key Responsibilities

·        Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other online channels.

·        Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy.

·        Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support as needed.

·        Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

·        Monitor online reviews, engaging with customers to address feedback and maintain a positive brand image.

·        Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

·        Assist in developing and implementing online customer service policies and procedures.

·        Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CAM software.

·        Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

General Office Support:

·        Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support including answering phones, handling branch queries.

·        Team Support: Assist various departments with ad hoc tasks and projects, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
