The poor state of some of Britain’s roads is no secret and you can’t always protect your tyres against the damage they may suffer - unless you buy Cooper tyres that is!
Cooper tyres are high quality tyres built to resist wear and now selected tyres are protected by the Cooper Promise, which includes Cooper’s Accidental Damage Warranty and Mileage Warranty to provide you with added peace of mind.
Launched in 2016, the Cooper Promise protects your new Cooper tyres so long as you register online at www.cooperpromise.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.
With the Cooper Promise you are allowed a 30 Day Road Test, which means that if you aren’t satisfied with your new tyres within 30 days or 600 miles, whichever comes soonest*, you may return them to your tyre dealer for a full refund.
You will also be protected by Cooper’s Accidental Damage Warranty which means if your new Cooper tyres get damaged whilst driving, and have at least 6mm of tread, they will be replaced by your dealer. If they have a tread depth lower than 6mm, a contribution towards your new tyre will be given. The percentage you will receive towards your new tyres depending on tread depth is listed in this table:

In addition, you will also be offered a Mileage Warranty to assure you that your new Cooper tyres will last as long as you expect them to. Selected Cooper tyres will be entitled to a replacement cost contribution if the tread depth wears out before the tyres have ran for the distances stated by Cooper, as displayed below. To be eligible for this, you must rotate your tyres every 5,000 miles and follow all terms and conditions*.
