Just a short note of appreciation for the service I received. The tyres arrived today and were fitted very professionally at Merityre in Leatherhead by Andy. Andy needed a special adaptor to fit the rather strange wheel nuts fitted to my car but managed to source one locally and I was very pleased with both the fitting and how smoothly the order processing was handled. I even received a courtesy call to check the fitment was for the correct car (Lamborghini Gallardo). I will certainly come to you again when the rear tyres need replacing. Many thanks

I returned to the UK via London Heathrow yesterday realising that my vehicle required tyres, exhaust repairs and an MOT. I am not familiar with the geography of the Sunbury area but happen to come across your Tyre and Exhaust Centre on Staines Road.
When it comes to cars I think we all have our favourite places for repairs, tyres, exhausts etc. because we know what to expect in terms of service and prices however, following my experiences today at your Sunbury Tyre & Exhaust Centre I feel it is only fair that I bring to your attention my observations.
Having telephoned for a quote I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing and attended the centre where, from the moment of my arrival, I was looked after with the style of customer service that we so currently lack in the UK, friendly, welcoming, helpful and good knowledge.
Throughout my visit I noted no less than 4 members of staff involved with my car for various reasons and each one of them were attentive to my questions and clearly professional in their work. Some 4 tyres, an exhaust repair and an MOT later provided by an outlet that I had never heard of or visited before left me with a feeling of total satisfaction and a will for recommendation to others.
Your staff should be commended for their exemplary service, professional conduct and attention to detail, they are a credit to your company and indeed your industry, well done.

I recently visited your Sunbury branch for a puncture repair. This was my first time to use a Merityre garage and the experience is worth mentioning.
I was in a queue of just one but was twice given an apologetic word for my short wait. The process of noting down my request and the placing of a magnetic numbered pod on my vehicle was quite unique. My vehicle was attended to quickly and the attendant was very polite calling me 'sir' the whole time which in itself portrayed respect for the customer. There was no use of foul language or swearing between the staff which is normally noted at most garages.
After the repair the air pressure was checked in all tyres, a service I have never been offered before.
All in all it was an experience I have never encountered before!
I will be recommending Merityre to all my friends and relatives. Keep up the good work!
