"I've used Merritt Tyres a few times now, and they've always been excellent, but their customer service recently really stood out. I discovered what looked like a flat tyre at around 5:30pm, just half an hour before they were due to close, and I had to leave for a work trip at 6am the following morning. I was understandably quite stressed, but when I called, Jacob couldn't have been more helpful. Even though they were fully booked and clearly very busy, he took the time to check everything over, assess the tyre properly, give me honest advice and make sure I was safe to travel. What I particularly appreciate about Merritt Tyres is that they treat their customers with respect and don't make you feel silly for asking questions. As a woman, that's unfortunately not something I've experienced at every garage, but the team here are always professional, approachable and happy to explain things clearly. Fantastic service, genuinely helpful staff and a business that clearly cares about its customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Merritt Tyres and will definitely continue to use them in future."

Pulled in with a damaged flat tyre, in a panic as I was due at friends in Chandlers Ford prior to going with them to Chichester Festival Theatre, so worried I wasn't going to get yo them in time.
