Great guy credit to the company deffo coming back for more work on the car. Feel safer driving and like ive got a nice deal 10/10."

"Five stars for Oliver – Branch Manager at Merityre Specialists Frimley - helped with Dead battery. My battery died at home, so I couldn't drive to the shop. I visited Oliver around 3pm to explain the situation I'd already bought a replacement battery but needed help fitting it. Oliver immediately suggested a mobile mechanic he trusted, but also went above and beyond: he told me that if that option didn't work out, he would personally come after work with his tools and change the battery for me. In the end, he came to my house at 6.20pm on a Friday night after finishing his shift and had to walk 20 minutes to get to me (it's only a 5-minute drive, which really shows how committed he was). He got my car running again without hesitation. I am incredibly grateful for his support. Oliver truly went out of his way to help a customer in need. Highly recommended!"
