"Hit a pothole on Wed. 13 Feb 2019 at 10pm which burst nearside front tyre. Ordered and paid for a new tyre at midnight, to be fitted Friday AM 15th. Rang Sunbury office AM Thurs, to see if the work could be done earlier,as I had planned a long journey on Friday. Five stars to Emma who checked and rang back later to say tyre in come at 11.30. Tyre fitted and four wheel tracking done, on the road around 1.30pm, Fabulous service alround."
