"Dropped car off at 8 am. Picked up at 2 pm. Perfect,after I’d finished work. Had MOT and full service. Very impressed with paperwork and paper report on my car,detailing the service. Place was clean and tidy,staff friendly,and approachable. There’s a huge waiting room ,which is clean and tidy. And air conditioning in the reception area,which on a day like today at over 30c,was ideal. Jack was pleasant ,and friendly (it was Jack that was on the front desk when I was there ) Overall ,very happy with the service from the staff and impressed how well organised they are and clean and tidy environment 5/5. "A screw had punctured my tyre leading to a slow deflation. Went to Merityre as I’d done before and they said likely to be a two hour wait due to existing customers ahead of me. Decided to go into Leatherhead for a long coffee. I was surprised an hour or so later I received a call to say job was complete. Puncture mended at a very reasonable cost. Tyre still had good tread on it so no attempt to sell me a new tyre. Staff pleasant and friendly. Will always choose them as my first port of call, especially in an emergency!"
