"Just spoken to Vince about some issues I'm having with my Michelin tyres that were purchased elsewhere. The place I bought my tyres from isn't a listed as an 'official' Michelin dealer, so I called Merityre. Vince was really polite and helpful on the phone, and fully admitted he's not dealt with the Michelin claims process before, but was more than happy to give it a go and speak to his Michelin Rep. I'm now just waiting to hear back, but based on this initial experience alone, I thought it was worth leaving a review."
