My latest visit I had ordered the wrong tyres and the guy advised me on where I had gone wrong on the tyre sizing and managed to fit some tyres they had in stock instead, so I was not driving on under performing tyres."

"Merityre Wantage are the best. I’ve been using them for tyres for years and they have always been great. Yesterday I needed the aircon fixing in my van. They and especially Paul the manager were incredibly thorough (see below). Although they didn’t fix the problem they were great. They wouldn’t accept any money because they hadn’t fixed the problem. They recommended a specialist place with more diagnostic equipment. They checked there wasn’t a leak by pressurising with nitrogen , then filled it with gas. Then they went to test it worked. The compressor kicked in but it did not produce any cool air. So they could not fix it. They took out the additional gas they’d put in (so it was how it was when I arrived). Amazing service."
