"Rang them earlier today and they managed to fit me in for a wheel alignment after having it checked by Kwik Fit for free and coming up way off. Staff member took his time to explain to me that my alignment is perfectly within spec and it's actually not off at all. Printed me a copy of the alignment sheet and didn't charge me a penny. Needless to say I will never, ever be going back to Kwik Fit and Merityre Sunbury will be my one and only place to go for an alignment and/or tyre change. Just simple honesty and good communication - very impressed."

"My car had a sudden loss of tyre pressure warning come up. No need to book at Merityre. Two cars ahead of me but only had to wait about 5 minutes. All tyre pressures were checked and topped up. The problem seemed to be the sudden very cold temperature and I was reassured that the car was safe to drive. NO CHARGE !! Great guys : friendly, polite, efficient, knowledgeable. Great service. Will definitely use again."
