"Just spoken to Vince about some issues I'm having with my Michelin tyres that were purchased elsewhere. The place I bought my tyres from isn't a listed as an 'official' Michelin dealer, so I called Merityre. Vince was really polite and helpful on the phone, and fully admitted he's not dealt with the Michelin claims process before, but was more than happy to give it a go and speak to his Michelin Rep. "I took my Volkswagon Golf in to have the tyre replaced today and dealt with a chap on the counter whose name I forgot to ask but he was extremely helpful and polite. Initially I went in because I had a flat back tyre and he took a look over the car and said I also need the front tyre replacing plus he may be able to fix the rear tyre which they managed to do. I was extremely impressed with the service and especially the chap on the counter who invoiced me as well. I have used this company many times before and will continue to do so as they always carry out an efficient job and are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended."
