"Whilst driving on the motorway, I had an alert to advise that I had lost pressure and that I needed to check my tyres. I saw Merityre Hook was the nearest tyre specialist and so I drove in, without an appointment and unannounced! Reception had a couple of people waiting so I got the vibe it was a popular place! I was immediately greeted, reassured and my keys were taken from me and car whisked away without delay! The technician checked all my tyres and topped up the air getting me on my way quickly. A true example of great customer service. I could have easily been turned away but I was very well looked after. Thank you so much"
