GOLD CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Signing up to the Merityre Gold Club (hereafter referred to as “the Club”), shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. Merityre reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or to substitute or withdraw the Gold Club (“the Scheme”) by writing to customers (by letter or email) and/or by giving notice, which will be displayed on our website www.merityre.co.uk.

  3. Use of this Club Membership privileges shall constitute your acceptance of the varied and/or new terms and conditions.

  4. In order to become a member of the Scheme it is necessary that you submit a fully completed application form to Merityre.

  5. We reserve the right to refuse any application or register a Club membership at its sole discretion.

  6. Once accepted, you will receive an email from MeriTyreRewards@mail.fizzbenefits.com to authenticate your registration and access the rewards portal

  7. If at any time your contact details change, it is your responsibility to advise us in order that we can update our records.

  8. You must give you Name, Postcode, Email or vehicle registration as proof of membership at the time of purchase to qualify for any member’s discounts and special offers.

  9. We may from time to time offer special promotions that will be at the sole discretion of Merityre and may be time/availability restricted.

  10. Merityre reserves the right to withdraw the membership at any time or refuse to renew membership.

  11. If you have not used your membership for at least 12 months, Merityre reserves the right to cancel the membership.

  12. Members are responsible for the safekeeping of their own membership details.

  14. Personal data supplied by an applicant will be held and processed by computer or otherwise by Merityre to confirm, update and enhance customer records.

  15. Where an applicant has provided an email address, updates may be sent by email and/or post.

  16. Merityre may use information about any applicant, send the applicant information about other goods, services and/or promotions offered by Merityre.

  17. Merityre may contact Cardholders using any of the contact details provided on the Application Form.

  18. The member offers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  19. The discount available upon proof of membership is only available on in-store purchases and cannot be applied to purchases made online.
