"Superb service from Ricky and Jack. Had two rear tyres fitted by another company who told me the front also needed changing, but they didn't know when they could get them. I called Merityre at 5pm and they didn't have them, but Jack said they could get them for the next morning. As I had a ferry to catch the next afternoon I was very grateful. Sure enough, tyres fitted and I was at the port with 30 mins to spare. Wish I had gone there for all 4 tyres! Superb communication throughout and very friendly service. I hope the "sausage roll fund" gets established - they all deserve it. Thank you."
