"Extremely helpful, I had a puncture on the morning of my Mum's funeral, it was the worst nightmare!. I rang up first thing in the morning and the chap I spoke to was so helpful and sympathetic to my problem. He asked me to bring the car around straight away. He went above and beyond, we went for a coffee and returned in 20 minutes it was all done, amazing service. I can't thank you enough for taking the stress away on the most emotional day of my life!"
