"Ian from the Warehouse went the extra mile to get the two tyres to branch when I needed them. They are an unusual size and I had limited time to get them fitted. He called me to confirm he was able to get them in so I was confident that when I turned up at Woking they were there. I turned up before the branch opened and was very happy to wait until they opened. Yet the manager came over early, before they officially opened, to ask what I needed and got it all moving ahead of time. He didn’t need to, but said it would help him too. Both tyres fitted and a great friendly experience all round. I’m a loyal customer and have had my cars MOT’d by Mr Parr at Chertsey for about 25 years and the branch manager always remembers me - amazing for my once a year visit. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. For my tyres, which seem to pop every couple of months, I use Woking, which is more local yet equally down to earth, approachable and provide super service despite the really busy nature of the branch."
