COVID-19 Update

27th March 2020

In line with strict government guidelines we are currently open at selected branches for business to support our communities in providing essential services. It’s important in these challenging times that we continue to keep our key workers safe when it is essential, they continue to travel. To protect our colleagues and customers we respectfully ask that you observe the following guidelines if you do visit one of our branches.

  • Please always maintain social distances of 2 metres – to support this we ask that there is only one customer in our reception area at any time and that you stay within the marked area.
  • Please leave your keys on the counter – our colleagues will wear gloves to pick them up and whilst they carry out the work.
  • Please don’t wait in reception for work to be carried out on your vehicle - we will call you to update you with progress.
  • We will no longer be accepting cash payments for the foreseeable future.

Currently, the following Merityre branches will be closed until further notice:

  • Bagshot
  • Little Chalfont
  • Purley
  • Thame
  • Hook
  • Kingston

Our remaining branches will have slightly amended opening hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

Visit our locations page to find your nearest branch.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused during this difficult time and appreciate our customers' ongoing patience and understanding. We are trying to keep our customers on the road whilst ensuring the safety of both customers and staff. If you need any information about our available services or want to discuss an existing order you may have placed, please email us at contact@merityre.co.uk.

If you have placed a web-based order for any of our services and can no longer make it, please contact our Online Sales team directly on onlinesales@merityre.co.uk as soon as possible and we can either reschedule or cancel your booking. There will be no charge for this.

As things continue to develop, we will continue to issue updates both on our website and our social media channels, and we will contact directly any customers who have placed online orders with us who may be affected.

Stay safe!
