We provide a specialist service for all automotive needs, ranging from new tyres, servicing and MOTs to tyre punctures, air conditioning and batteries.


Key Responsibilities

The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operational excellence of all Northern branches.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Ensure branches achieve sales and profit targets
  • Drive business growth across Company
  • Provide strong leadership and support to branch staff
  • Maintain budgeted staffing levels and arrange cover due to staff shortages and absences
  • Ensure all branch stock is accurately recorded and stock levels are appropriate
  • Ensure branch premises/equipment are maintained and branch staff have correct tooling and equipment
  • Maintain branch compliance in line with current H&S Safety/employment law as well as Company procedures and policies
  • Address performance issues quickly and efficiently
  • Covering all Southern branches in the Southern Regional Manager’s absence.  
  • Promote the Merityre values and culture

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working.
