"I ordered 2 tyres supply and install, but I had to postpone the install as my car was involved in an accident before the scheduled install date. I called Merityre Southfields to inform them of the situation, they were very understanding and helpful at a difficult time for me. A month later I called them again to cancel the order, as my car had been deemed a total loss. Again they were super quick and helpful in arranging the refund. Thank you for a great customer service Merityre Southfields!"
