"Went in with some work apparently needing doing after a service elsewhere and was advised that there was no need for any of the recommendations needing doing after the new assistant manager - Jack , did a thorough inspection. He could easily have charged me for a load of unnecessary work. Refreshing honesty to a customer who would have followed previous advice.very impressed."

"I'm really happy with my experience here. Earlier in the day I visited Halfords autocentre for a puncture repair however they told me it couldn't be repaired. I ordered two tyres from Merityre and visited the branch later in the morning, where I was informed the tyre could be repaired. I was refunded the cost of the two tyres and only charged £35 for the puncture repair. I saved over £100 thanks to the honest blokes here."

"Went into Merityre after work yesterday to get the tracking done on my car, and the team were extremely helpful from the start. They explained everything clearly and showed me each step of the process, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, they found that the rear left arm was damaged—again, this was clearly shown and explained to me—so they couldn’t complete a full tracking. However, the technician still did his best to adjust the rear and actually managed to make a noticeable difference. He showed me the before-and-after results on the screen and even printed them out for me. Despite all the extra effort, they only charged me for the front tracking. Really impressed with the service and honesty. Thanks so much to the team—highly recommend Merityre!"
