"The team did extremely well since business is being conducted against the background of the dreadful Covid 19. However, when I had my vehicle MOT’d with you last year , when it failed, your staff were nothing short of outstanding in trying to resolve the problem. It might be 12months down the line but I have returned and not forgotten their best endeavours originally. I know who I should identity but perhaps unfair to single out the “stars”. "Booking online perfect. Arrived at branch shortly before it opened. Covid process very clear and managed well for all customers whilst I waited for tyres to be fitted & tracking checked. Very impressed with how the staff endeavoured to help someone who had been directed there by his fleet provider with tyre & tracking problems on lonwheelbase van - they went out of their way to resolve his problems as their ramp could not handle length of vehicle & height was problem at other local tyre fitters as well. Overall service to callers on phone and customers in person was 1st class. A great example for merityre."

"I've ordered and paid for the tyres online a couple of days before. I turn up, someone welcomes me and tells me which bay to park in. I park, hand over the keys and go for a wander around the town. 45 Mins later I come back, 4 new tyres fitted - the guys welcome me back with a smile - so a quick chat, they hand over the keys and off I go. Not sure how you can improve on that from a customer service point of view - apart from a lower price of course! ;-)"
