"I would like to commend the manager of the Branch on the day of my visit (Wednesday 27th May PM) for his honesty and integrity, because the staff were unable to carry out the 4-wheel adjustment that was requested and paid for in advance, and only did the front 2 wheels, yet he made a refund of the difference in price without really being asked for it. Additionally the staff provided an excellent service to me on the day. It is difficult to suggest how the service can be improved, because of the "Covid-19 Restrictions" that had to be in place and when a number of staff are on furlough. But I have been a customer of this Branch for about 40 years and I always seems to get a "very good" service each time I visit. Thank you."
